Privacy & collection notice

Talent Transfer is an Australian recruitment business. Discretion is the core of what we do, so we treat your information the way we'd want ours treated. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your choices — in plain English, consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

What you give us: your name, contact details, work history, CV, and what you're looking for. For dealerships: contact details and the role brief. We may also hold notes from our conversations with you — that's how good recruitment works.

Why we collect it

One purpose: connecting automotive people with automotive roles. We use your information to assess fit, contact you about opportunities (or candidates), and manage the placement process end to end.

Who sees it — the part that matters

Your details are never given to a prospective employer without your OK. Candidates are introduced to specific dealerships only after saying yes to that specific introduction. We never contact your current employer. We don't sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Storage and security

Information is stored on secure, access-controlled systems hosted in Australia. We keep it while there's a genuine recruitment purpose; you can ask us to update or delete your details at any time.

Marketing and unsubscribing

We occasionally send relevant role alerts (to candidates) or talent alerts (to dealerships). Every message identifies us and includes a working unsubscribe — one click or one reply, and it stops.

Access, corrections, questions

Want to see what we hold, fix something, or have it removed? Contact us and we'll sort it — usually the same day. If you have a privacy concern we can't resolve, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

This notice applies to information collected through this website and in the course of our recruitment services. Last updated July 2026.
